Frequently Asked Questions
What do I do if my internet is down?
First, power-cycle your modem/router by unplugging it for 30 seconds. If service is still down, check our outage status page or call (505) 510-5400 during support hours and a local technician will help you.
Do you offer a self-install kit?
Fixed wireless installations require a technician visit to confirm line-of-sight and mount equipment safely. DSL customers may qualify for self-install in some areas. Ask your sales representative.
How do I pay my bill?
Log in to My Account to pay online, set up autopay, or view your billing history. Payments are also accepted by phone or mail.
What areas do you serve?
We serve cities, towns and rural communities across New Mexico. Visit our coverage map to check availability at your address.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Contact support or your account team and changes typically take effect within one billing cycle.
