We take orders over the phone rather than through a web form, and that is deliberate. Fixed wireless depends on line of sight to one of our towers, so whether we can serve you, and at what speed, comes down to your specific address, the height of your roof and what is between you and the tower. A two-minute conversation settles all of that. A form cannot.
What happens when you call
We check your address
We look up your exact address against our tower coverage and tell you honestly which services are available: fixed wireless, DSL, or neither yet.
We agree a plan
We go through the speeds that will actually work at your location and the real monthly cost, including every fee, before you commit to anything.
We book the install
A local technician comes out, confirms the signal, mounts the equipment and does not leave until you are online and it is working.
Before you call
None of this is essential, but having it to hand makes the call quicker:
- The service address, including any unit or space number
- A phone number and email address for the account
- Rough idea of how many people and devices use the internet
- Whether you rent, since we may need the owner's approval to mount equipment
- Any days or times that suit you for installation
- Your current provider and speed, if you are switching
