We keep this policy short. It exists to protect other customers and the network, not to police what you read or watch.
You must not use the service to
- Break federal, state or local law
- Send bulk unsolicited email, or operate an open mail relay
- Attack, scan or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any network or system
- Distribute malware, or host phishing or fraud content
- Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Resell the service or share it beyond your premises without a business agreement
- Harass, threaten or impersonate others
Network management
We do not throttle particular applications, services or websites, and we do not charge for prioritized delivery. In genuine congestion we may briefly manage total throughput at a tower to keep it usable for everyone. Full detail is in our network management policy.
Servers and business use
Running a personal server, such as a game server, a VPN back to your own house or a small site, is fine. Commercial hosting that generates sustained heavy inbound traffic belongs on a business plan, where we can allocate capacity for it.
Copyright notices
We forward copyright infringement notices we receive to the account holder. Repeated notices may lead to suspension in line with our terms of service.
Enforcement
Where we can, we will call you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Immediate suspension is reserved for active attacks, malware distribution and legal orders.
Reporting abuse
Email [email protected] with logs and timestamps (Mountain Time) and we will investigate.
